BNS Airmax is committed to delivering premium-quality plumbing products. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged in transit, or do not match the order specifications. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Custom-cut pipes, opened solvent cement, installed faucets, and items damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return.
Email info@bnsairmax.com or call +91 98765 43210 within the eligibility window with your invoice number, photos of the product and a brief description of the issue.
Once we receive the returned product, our quality team inspects it within 5 business days. If the claim is approved, a refund or replacement is initiated.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For dealer accounts, refunds may be issued as credit notes against future orders.
If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong product), we bear the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, shipping is borne by the customer.
Our manufacturer warranty applies separately and is not affected by this refund policy. Please refer to the product datasheet for warranty terms.
